SPECIAL CARE & HANDLING
At your request, all parcels requiring special handling will incur an additional $20 charge
All deliveries booked at/after 3pm will be billed at an expedited rate
“4 hour” and “2 hour” deliveries are not available after 4:30pm
Please call for deliveries before 8am and after 6pm: These deliveries are considered pre-hours and after-hours and will be charged at double the 1 hour rate. Only 1 hour service is available for pre-hours and after-hours.
All deliveries that can not be delivered will be charged at full price, all re-delivery fees and return trips will be applied to your invoice. Services level may change with no prior notice and is based on availability at time the order is placed. If Stella Courier has to advance fees (USPS, UPS, FeDex) a 10% advance fee will be assessed. Stella Courier is not responsible for packing your delivery. All fragile items should be properly packaged and labeled. All deliveries are insured up to $100. Fuel and Mile surcharges may apply depending on distance. All waiting times include loading and unloading.
